General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – gyvyg GmbH Webshop

1. Scope, definitions

The following General Terms and Conditions, in the version valid at the time of the order, apply exclusively to the business relationship between gyvyg GmbH (hereinafter "gyvyg GmbH") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer"). Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless gyvyg GmbH expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

The customer is a consumer if the purpose of the ordered deliveries and services cannot be predominantly attributed to his or her commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding the contract, acts in the exercise of his or her commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the button “order with payment”, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart.
gyvyg GmbH will then send an automatic confirmation of receipt, which does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
The contract is only concluded through express acceptance by email (order confirmation) or through delivery of the goods.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, about which gyvyg GmbH informs in accordance with the statutory requirements:
